Article 1: Definitions 1.1 Ownership of the domain www.FotoGurriato.com

Article 2: Subject matter and scope

Article 3: Contracts and offers

Article 4: Force Majeure
4.1 In the event that FotoGurriato is unable to comply with the method of delivery due to force majeure, FotoGurriato will notify the client in writing as soon as possible, without FotoGurriato being obliged to any kind of economic compensation or reimbursement.
4.2 In extreme situations of force majeure and after consultation with the client, FotoGurriato can terminate the contract between both parties, suspending delivery until the moment of force majeure ceases to exist.
4.3 In the case of a delay of more than 3 working days, the customer has the right to terminate his contract with FotoGurriato through a registered letter.
4.4 The incapacity of FotoGurriato to fulfill the contract will not be attributable unless it is established guilty by law or by the commonly accepted commercial practice.
4.5 Force majeure situations and / or supplier omissions are considered in the following cases: 1) Delayed delivery, late payment or unacceptable quality of material delivered by the customer. 2) Late delivery or unacceptable quality of material delivered from one or more suppliers. 3) Partial or total suspension of the supplier’s production process, and / or strikes or lockouts in the company from which the raw materials and other products are obtained. 4) Strikes or other irregularities that prevent a timely delivery in compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
4.6 The foregoing and other similar circumstances do not entitle the customer to dissolve the contract with FotoGurriato, or to any type of refund or financial compensation.
Article 5: Payment
5.1 Being a downloadable product, FotoGurriato requires payment in advance. The customer must provide a correct and complete name and address to complete the invoice.
FotoGurriato will check any address to avoid fraud.
5.2 At the moment the customer makes the payment FotoGurriato will begin with the management of the order.
5.3 FotoGurriato accepts this form of payment: different credit / debit cards indicated on the payment screen.
Article 6: Terms and conditions of ownership
6.1 All deliveries made by FotoGurriato to the customer are made according to the clauses previously provided, until the customer has completed the order and delivery process covered by the terms and conditions, including any demand of FotoGurriato originated due to customer negligence .
6.2 According to the conditions of the property and without being able to give rise to a claim by a third party, the customer may use all products delivered for daily commercial practice, except for resale.
Article 7: Complaints and Complaints
